Background:
I've been lifting for a long time now. I pole-vaulted in college, and I made it to the Crossfit regionals.

This will be my 3'rd cycle, and probably my 15'th sponsored log.


Starting Stats:

Age: 26
Height: 5'8"
Weight: Will update when log starts
Bodyfat: Will update when log starts

Ending Stats:

Age: 26
Height: 5'8"
Weight: Will update when log ends
Bodyfat: Will update when log ends

I'm not sure at the moment actually.

Either strong and bridge into something else, or a nice slow cruise.
