Tada pre-workout

What is a typical dosage look like for using Tada as a pre-workout? I was thinking 10mg, but just interested to see what others say.

If I workout 6 days/week, does it make sense to use Tada each day before workout or something like EOD?
 
I notice zero and I mean zero pump benefits from tada. Works downstairs but nothing for workouts. And it’s doctor prescribed tablets (not online doctor). I have taken a full 20mg tablet and still no pump benefit.

Have you tried anything else for pump like Vardenafil?
 
I'm the same boat - zero pump benefits from it.

Going up in dose made me lightheaded during certain lifts with no benefits.
 
I've randomly tried tada and viagra for preworkout. I've noticed better vascularity/bigger veins. I've never noticed more muscle fullness from it.
 
I'm with some of the guys above. I'm extremely underwhelmed by using tadalafil pre-workout and I've taken 20mg pre-workout.

I've gotten better pumps from OTC products. But I get a pump no matter what anyway. Sometimes too much of a pump can be counterproductive and makes lifting more difficult and painful.
 
It seems like tadalafil helps pumps more when taken the day before a workout. Taking it with your pre-workout don't work.
 
Tadalafil from what I've read is good AR expression and testosterone to estrogen ratio.

You don't take it as a pre workout, viagra would be the choice for that. Tada has too long of a half life, but if you use a daily low dose 5-7.5mg per day you should always get a great pump, i do given bf is in check. Typically the lower your bf the better the pump. I notice when I'm closer to 10-12% my pumps are significantly better then when I'm fluffy.

With all that said. We don't really need to use pde5 drugs for a pump, there's lots of good ingredients to get a pump. But I think a daily 5mg dose will have pump benefits for most and it does have health benifits for pretty much all men and it gives better bones so it's a win/win either way lol

I tend to use the liquids and guesstimate it. Definitely enhances the citrulline and arginine in the pre-workouts.
 
I can’t use it more than 2 times a week…It leads to back and/or leg pain. The effects last for a good few days anyway…The dose I use you all would laugh at! Anyway…even taken an hour before a workout leads to an epic pump and better mind-muscle collection. Closest ‘look’ to being on something. (Just my experience)
