T3 stacked with laxogenin?!

Looking to start some t3. I got some left over tablets from a friend.

Would 50-100mg of laxogenin a day be sufficient enough to prevent muscle loss from the t3?
They say to run with clen which ive been trying hard to get for awhile and im SOL on that one so..

I only plan on starting at 25mcg and eventually going up to 50mcg but no more than 50.
I do only have 25 pills though. Is it still worth running? Even just doing the 25mcg a day til I run out?
I read that you don't have to taper off even if you slowly ramp up the dose, and that its best to just stop immediately and your thyroid will recover on its own.

female
5' 6" 1/2
142 lbs
18% body fat
12 weeks out from first bikini comp
diet/workouts in check
cardio 4-5 days a week, with a mixture of hiit, intervals and liss

Also are you not supposed to do hiit on t3? they say to avoid hiit if you take clen
 
1st of laxogenin is placebo.

2nd I hate this notion that you lose muscle. You might temporary lose muscle size and strength, but guess what once you give it proper stimulus it almsot instantly comes back.

3rd I do not what so ever believe you need to take anabolic with t3.

4th there is no need to taper off. The only reason to taper up is to make sure you can handle it.
 
You're 12 weeks out, why run your very limited supply of T3 right now?

Keep dieting hard and use it once things get more difficult to continue naturally.

25-50mcg is unlikely to cause much damage, HIIT is fine but monitor your heart rate.

Skip the laxo, it's useless IMO.
