T3 PCT

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but one can't search for "t3" because it's too short. :(

Anyway I am about four weeks away from finishing a T3 cycle and have already began ramping down my doses. My last four weeks then will look like this:

1. 37.5mcg ed
2. 25mcg ed
3. 12.5mcg ed
4. 12.5mcg eod

In addition to ramping down slowly, is there anything else I can do/take/eat to get my thyroid back to normal working as soon as possible? I'm worried that my metabolism will be so slow for so long that I'll almost certainly put on some fat post cycle.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

In my opinion there is no need to ramp down. If you're supressed then you're supressed. Once you are off it takes a good 2-3 weeks before you are up and running again. Designer Supps Lean Extreme could possibly help.

again while researching t3 pct I found this old thread.there is a supplement that's been made for those putting their thyroid under stress and suppression called T-3 PCT by Need to build muscle. its a formulated product thats is deisnged to help you bounce back alot faster after your t3 cycle.

here is a link to research and read on why this supplement is recommended after a t3 cycle.
