Anyone have any advice on how to stack clen and t3. I've read a lot about the dosing of clen but haven't seen too much of the t3 and clen stack. I'm a little under 8 weeks out from my first show. Any advice
Some stuff I've read said tapering t3 isn't necessary and only delays your recovery. Along the same lines of why nobody really tapers roids anymore even though that used to be common practice as well. I'm not 100% sure which is right in regards to t3 though. I ran it once at 25mcg and didn't taper, but idk about higher dosages personally.

T3 can be used in different ways...12.5 mcg is great for nutrient partitioning then at 25 mcg it's great to boost your metabolism and also upgrades your beta-2 receptors making clen or EC more potent then at 50+mcg it will have a more profound effect on your Thyroid causing your body to use a lot of ATP which then can cause muscle catabolism not as much while on a anabolic but it's about finding what works...I still like the tamper method bc logically it makes more sense to me if my thyroid is being affected though it won't shut down...also I wouldn't go up to 50mcg personally because I enjoy at least a little pump at the gym when cutting and 50mcg will make you super flat...lean yes very but flat so like I said it's a personal preference thing bro
Nice. I started with 25 mcg of t3 and 20 of the clen. I'm only on day 4 so I will up the clen to 40 after tue first week but leave the t3 at 25. I plan on only going up to 100 mcg of the clen. Would staying at 25mcg be a bad thing with the increase in the clen?
