So I cut really hard as a natural before using PEDs, and essentially fucked my thyroid up and got prescribed thyroid medication. Since then I’ve been on since. However, I seem to have always had absorption issues.
My diet consist of enriched white rice, oats, eggs, egg whites, fruits, green beans/asparagus, chicken, fish, avocado, potatoes, beef, steak, almonds.
Other things are Himalayan salt, table salt (iodized), Splenda/Stevia (lots), diet sodas, coffee, vitamin water
Supplements: selenium, multivitamins, ashwaghanda, L-glutamine, EAAs, beet root, garlic, vitamin E, P5P, vitamin c, vitamin d, probiotic, digestive enzymes, greens blend
Other drugs: Testosterone, cialis
I am currently on 50/150 T3/T4, yet my levels are VERY subpar. Low normal. I imagine there must be an absorption issue.
I have used armour in the past, just recently switched to liothyronine sodium and levothyroxine to see if it helps.
I’ve considered coming off now, after a few years on and attempting to recover my natural production. Thoughts?
