hey ive been using for 4 weeks have done well put on 11 pounds. when i apply i have been rubbing it in until it is just about gone. is this ok or should i apply a thin layer and not rub so much and just let it dry i tried that with my feet yesterday so im just curious and also do i need to refrigerate my t1pro at all or is it cool in my closet or room
 
Don't refrigerate it. The ph's will precipitate out if you do... Keep it under your pillow :) Talk to ya..

I built a small alter to my 1Tpro and after I rub it in every mornig and night I say a little prayer to the 1T pro god and light some candles.

Animal sacrifices are next... I dont want to make the 1T pro god angry.
