Tuesday
Tuesay was back/bis. I've been experimenting with power cleans and did my first weighted clean on Tuesday at 155lbs for two reps. This is really low compared to my dealdift but I'm sure a lot of it is mind to muscle coordination. Once I get it down I'm sure my numbers will go up fast.
I broke my 1rm by far on lat pull downs. I was using the hammer strength machine and was able to lift 350lbs for 5 reps. Using good form, squeezing at the bottom and getting a full range of motion.
My shrugs were alright. I did three sets at 315lbs hitting 8-12 reps.
Yesterday
I had a KILLER pec and tri workout. I didn't do any big lifts but I maxed out the fly deck at 300lbs for 5 reps.
I stripped incline press starting at 145lbs taking off 20lbs each set for a total of 15 sets and 150 reps. Strength is still up. Pumps are GREAT, after doing my 20 min warm up I have veins popping all up and down my arms and legs
My sleep is still phenomenal. I sleep throughout the night and wake up early feeling fully rested. I'm really getting used to this.
