I'm pretty sure it has been listed as OOS for awhile now. Also, I think pre-ordering only applies to products that have yet to be released.

yeah, it's been out for a month or so. Omega Sports should be getting more to the planet as soon as it clears customs though. Last I spoke with him, it was being held up for whatever reason....
