Hey all alright so in my hopes of gaining the best results of a more lean bulk body mass for both my brothers beach event and my next rugby season next fall I'm wondering if I should add a T-Booster to my new routine, this is all totally new to me. Well to say this forum and supplements are. I'm currently waiting for Alpha-T2 to come in and PowerFULL, my question is should I stack it with TestoPRO?
I'm 19 Years old and I'm going to start the madcow 5x5 on monday, can anyone tell me whats the best way to determine the reps for that? Do I need to find my max for the lifts first, if so, then what?
