I read somewhere that it is 8-10 grams of slow digesting protein per scoop which contains 22grams in total. This is a great product. However, I am somewhat convinced that its biggest benefit comes as a meal replacement. Post workout im not so sure. It contains mct's which are necessary post workout which may save it. I would not reccomend it at bed if that why you are asking. Try to proabolic one scoop works great, you won't wake up starving in the middle of the night and you don't wake up blodded. The supra protein blend will not give you estrogen. Beware it does not taste so great or mix that good but its a great product.
