Syno h conversion question

Theoretically if you were to convert synovex h to TNE and final powder had a slight yellowish color even after several washes. Is that what the final product should look like or should it be completely white?

Isn't TNE supposed to be clear?

Once it's suspended, but at this point still a powder. I was thinking the powder was supposed to be white, but it has a yellowish tint instead. Just wondering if this is just some stain from the sodium hydroxide solution or if it means that there is still impurities/sodium hydroxide left in the powder.
