good for breast cancer but would def turn off to much estrogen in sum1 juss concerned with estrogen control and would def not only dry out ur joints but destroy ur libido..juss my hypothesis though havent actually tested it

are you referring to tamox, form, or the combination?
 
exactly a serm binds onto some estrogen receptors not allowing estrogen to show its full effect while AI's block estrogen period. so unless you were on a whole lotta juice that was converting to estrogen i dont believe theres a practical application of running both

Tamoxifen binds to a estro receptor cant remember if its the alpha or beta in a depleated state, ther for no estroginic effect can take place, but the also boost test threw LH secreation. i read a study awhile ago about a man that was on clomid and amridex(sp) and he got his test up to 10.000, because using a SERM in low dose perticualry with an AI can shoot yer test threw the roof. its like turing on the faucet but almost closing the drain

AIs dont block estrogen at all, they only enhibit the amromatase eynsyme(sp)

the study is saying that Formestane alows Tamoxifen to be active longer which is a good thing u would need less of a dose, or it allows more Tamoxifen to pass therw the liver without being Metabolised
