Are you dosing pre-WO or throughout the day? I can honestly say I found it far more effective doing strictly pre-WO. PFull/Symm/Caff/Creatine=holy mother *****es
I will do 4 cissus before each meal, and 4 Symm. PWO and 2 before breakfast, 2 before sleep. I am running a log on restore + JW right now and have 10 days left, so 10 days is around the time it will take to kick in, and I will do a log if I dont get selected for alpha male
You should have sweet results as well as an assume tight feeling. I did the same dosing - actually a little higher - it really strengthens your tendons something fierce. The only negative was that my elbows/knees started to ache about a month in - lowers cotisol plus I was dieting and it tightens your tendons so much it seems like your joints cant keep up. Overall it's worth it and then some.
