Swollen quad

What's up fellas..
What's the best place in your quad to pin? I've been pinning test on and off for a little over a year and all of a sudden, the last couple times, I must really be f*cking something up because my outer quad is swollen like a balloon.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

For me the best part is the thickest part ALMOST mid way down to the knee. If the dead center front of the leg was North or twelve o'clock I want to be pinning at a Northeast or right around 2 o'clock. Also dude... If your leg is that swollen, something is no bueno. Please get checked out. Blasting, I pin 1 CC of cypionate every other day alternating glutes and quads. Never grown any leg ballons or butt tennis balls. If I did I would be seeing a doctor before the infection got serious, because the longer you wait the longer the recovery. (If it is something bad.)

Thanks I think I went too far up on my quad this time

Find the crest of the hip and the bottom of the femur. About halfway is the sweet spot on the VL. If you go too high, there's a chance it'll get stuck in fat and takes longer to break it down since blood flow to fat is poor.

I would draw a line up from the middle of my knee cap, on the outer side and top half, closer to my waist. Anywhere in that quadrant and I was good to go. But never go up as high as the bottom of the glute is.
