swollen injection site

I just want to ask if this is too abnormal.

I got 1 mg of IGF-1 Long R3 suspended in 1 ml of solution from MR. I dliuted it with 7 ml of BA (added to original container) to make measurement easier. Now 0.4 ml = 50 mcg.

Anyway, I injected (for the first time ever with IGF) into my left tricep. The whole tricep head that I injected into has been swollen now for the 15 hours since my injection. It's sore but not red or very painful. It is much bigger than the same head on my right tricep. Is this a reaction to the BA or does it have something to do with the IGF?
 
My guess is the BA. Did you dilute with BW before injecting? Even if you did, you still have .4ml of BA which seems like a lot.

No, I did not dilute with BW. I guess I diluted the IGF too much. Oh well.
