great, how long does it take to finish your workout, do you feel burnt out by the end

one more thing you eat alot of chicken breast which i did as well at one point, do you do anything to change them up as far flavor or anything else. when i used to be up to the third chicken breast a day it just tasted like rubber lmao

This type of workout I would try and complete in 1 hour. As far as the chicken, I try different ways to falvor/spice it up. Right now I am using Mrs. Dash Chipotle mix, and freshley sueezed limes. I let them marinate for a whole entire day, and then George Forman them up. This week I will be throwing in Talapia, to change things up a bit.
 
woops, forgot to add something bout the chicken breasts. When I marinate them, I take a fork, and stab the crap out of them, LOL! Seriously though, kind of like aerating them. It helps with the falvor alot, and I think it make s them more tender as well. Hope this helps
 
awesome transformation bro. what time do you typically get to the gym? and what do you eat pre/ PWO?

I typically get to the gym around 7pm. I usaully have eggs and a few tbl spoons of Natty PB, or chicken and almonds. Then I start chugging my second Gallon of BCAA infused and flavored water.

LOL!:toofunny: For fear of sounding repetitive my self, muchas Gracias:D ! Yeh, I myself am very, very happy that I was able to do this with out "other" types of supplements! I have gotten pretty damn lean in the past, but used anabolics along with more hard core type thermogenic products(triacana w/ECA for example), along with the anobolic products. This transformation pretty much has ended my desires to mess around with any more "hormonal" anabolic products. I feel pretty good where I am at right now, and if I can maintain this, I'll be happy!

I tell them no, and they ask why I am getting so lean for then, and I just say cause I wanted to do it for myself. But yeah, I haven't thought about trying to step on a stage:run:

No not really. About all the carbs I'll have is what ever is in my natty PB or Almonds that I eat with my protein portion during my post workout meal. Sometimes I might have string beans or brocolli, though that is not much carbs. You are right about it being difficult to train your self not to have crabs post workout, because I used to be a big fan of large amounts of carbs post workout. As far as cardio, I usually do cardio about 4-5 times a week. I been tryin to shoot for five, but it doesn't allways work out that way, LOL! I was recently just doing low intesity cardio for 30-40 minutes in the am, and also 20 minutes low intesity cardio post workout. I am switching it up now,and adding in some HIT cardio in there again. I have allways been a big fan of HIT cardio, but have to work my self back into sprinting shape so that I won't pull or tear something like I did with my hamstring once.

Your are certaintly right about it taking a lot of discipline to do something like this!! But that is another aspect of it that I love! I have translated this discipline into all aspects of my life, and I am doing pretty good with everything right now! It is very hard in the beginning, I won't lie, but eventually it becomes a routine, and youdon't even realize it.
 
How much veggies are you eating a day? I have looked over the "cut diet"before and there is quite a bit of veggies eaten. Are you actually taking down all of them?

That is where it would break me. I can't eat broccoli 6 times a day..lol

LOL! I eat veggies about 4 times a day, and I eat broccoli or sring beans mostly. Sometimes I will have a romain lettuce salad istead though. It's tuff, but once you get used to it, it's easy going.

Thanks bro! I am 5'10. Well I have an admission to make.....I lsot my conditioning:frustrate:sad:! Since like early November, my work schedule once again got super hectic! Had a lot of school work to take care of as well! One cheat meal and one day off from the gym, turned to another one, and an other one, ans so on so forth! Then the hollidays came around, and I REALLY indulged:burg::burger::donut::pizza::pizza::burg:! So I've put a good 14-16 pounds of lard back on:rasp:!! With tht said, enough is enough, and it's time to get back to where I left off. So with that being said, I will probably start a log to track my progress to get back to where I was, and continue on to surpass it! I have started my dieting allready, but gym starts on Monday 1/7/08! So I'm fat and I'm back, LOL!!

Right now, I'm on a cycle to gain til I get to about 205 lbs then I'll be on that cutting cycle mode, cut out a lot of fat and I'm about to do what you did. I know it ain't as easy as it sounds, but I'm downnn to do it. hard work pays off.

Thanks for the words bro! But you are absolutely right, it takes HARD work, but IT CAN BE DONE no doubt about it! I'm allways joking around with my girl whining that I'm fat, and she's like "yeah, but it is so easy for you to lose that and get back in shape! I hate you, it's soo easy for you!" HECK NO IT'S NOT EAYS!! IT'S EFFING HARD! But.......it's the hard work and dedication part which I can fortunately be good at!
 
when u were on that cuttin down cycle with all those supplements that u talked about in ur very 1st post, can you post what ur schedule is like for when to take what supplement, if it's not too much to ask for. and also another thing, what kind of dressing do u put on ur salad to keep it healthy? i know you've heard this only 1,000 x now but WOW. Blown away by the results. This just goes to show what can be accomplished by self disipline, a good diet, and some hard work. I'm inspired now to really try harder with my diet and workouts during my cutting phase instead of my previous half-assed attempts. Great job man.

Sorry there isn't one, but one is coming very shortly!! I kind of got delayed in my my return. I enrolled in school, and work load got really heavy at work so it has been about 4 months since I have dieted hard and worked out!:run: So to say the least, I am once again 185 lbs of chewed up bubble gum, LOL! I will post current pics and measurements taken on monday(even though the date will say the 27th instead of 25th, cause my camera is stupid like that!), and post up progress pics about every 2 weeks, so everyone can see it unfold as it goes. I have a lot of work to do once again, but I will GIT ER DONE!

Where you on any cycle during this transformation?

NOPE!! That was what I like about this transformation the most!! I was taking things like Acivate Extreme, Lean Extreme, Leviathan Reloaded, DCP, Extend, Powerfull, and Anabolic Pump. No hormonal products needed, and that ws a huge plus for me, because I have wanted to stay away from PH & PS for a while, to give my body at least a good 1-1 1/2 years with no type of hormonal supplementation. I feel that between my earlier days of using real gear, and all the PH & PS I have done in my past, that I have perhaps done my fair share of these kinds of "supplements", and wanted to give my whole body a well deserved break, and try and make some "natural" gains. Not that all my gains were made using hormonal type supps in the past, but...I don't know, just feel like not going on again. If I do end up taking anything, it might be a pulse of Epidrol for like 6 weeks, since I have a few bottles of it stashed away. I have a lot of other stuff also, but will never use it! I'm leaning more and more towards the health aspect of things.

Initially I was losing a lot of strength, but I slowly started coming back, and I was eventually back up to my normal weights, but weighing almost 30 lbs lighter! I did not reach my personal best kind of poundages, but the fact that I got back to where I was at 30 lbs heavier, was AWESOME!
 
THANKS! well as for my diet, I keep it really simple, nothing spectacular. A normal day would be something like:

Breakfast-Muscle MilkRTD(Banana Creme)
either a serving of Cashews or Almonds


Snack-1 cup low fat cottage cheese w/carb control+sugar control strawberry yougurt, and Flax seeds thrown in there


Lunch-A huge salad(romaine lettuce)
either grilled chx breast or grilled steak
Light balsamic Vinigarette

Snack- 1 scoop ON whey+ 1 scoop All theWhey
flax seeds thrown in there or a sreving of Almonds, cahsews or peanuts

Dinner- huge salad (Romaine lettuce)
either grilled chx or grilled steak
olive oil, vinegar and lime as dressing

snack- either another mixed protein shake w/ almonds or
1 cup cottage cheese w/ splenda and flax seeds.

I take digestive enzymes after each meal, and also supplement with Fish oil and CLA.

I know I should be taking in more solid foods, but to make it easy with my time constraints(work , school, gym, other crap..)I throw in the various shakes and try to get some flax seeds and/or Almonds, cashews or peanuts in with them , as to give them some substance and fiber! These meals do however vary some times of course! I eat veggies(mostly Brocolli, peas[all though this is a legume i guess], squash, cauliflower, etc.), in place of the salads sometimes.I will also sometimes throw in an extra snack/ meal like 2 whole eggs+4 whites and a small serving of shredded 2%cheese thrown in. Not the best meal plan, but it has definately worked for me.


you say you used CLA, did you take pills or the oil based CLA..just curious but yeah nicely done man...
