haha I love sleeping like a baby from them but I sweat like crazy too. Keep my house at 60deg and make my gf wear layers while I walk around in shorts and no shirt sweating all night.
 
Progress since September. Def added some thickness all around. What'd you guys think?

Leaner so tricky as definition is improved, but I would say you added mass to shoulders/traps for sure
 
Thanks guys. Sorry for the garbage lighting but oh well. No clue how my traps grow as I literally have never done ANY direct trap work. Must mean I'm cheating on some of my other back/shoulder exercises... Need to work on that.

Gotta think that while I did add some size to the upper body that more of the weight has gone to my legs/glutes... this has been evident this week as I have ripped two pairs of boxers. Squats and Deads are strictly to be done in boxer briefs or VERY loose fitting boxers from here on out haha. The gf is jealous of the junk in this trunk.
 
Last few workouts have been great. Just good, solid pump sessions mostly as after tomorrow's off day it'll be my 1RM days (fri/sat/sun).

Gonna have a few shakes throughout the day today and then some pizza and munchies and a good deal of booze tonight for NYE. Off day tomorrow where I'll prob eat a ton and rest up/recovery from what I assume will be a nasty hangover. Friday I plan to sleep in, get a good first meal in me, and then its 1RM Squats/Leg day. Saturday will be 1RM bench and Sunday will be deads. Might do OHP by itself monday (I rotate bench/OHP each cycle as the main push lift) just because ego.

1) on the way out to the gym I hit my nuts opening the door. Debilitating pain

2) forgot my head phones for cardio, might hang myself

On the bright side, weight already normalized from sushi splurge. 153.6 this morning. Hope everyone had a fun and safe night!

We had a party with all the church family at a house that has an indoor heated swimming pool. Started with singing and I spoke about goals that were missed last year and new goals for this year. My challenge was to not dwell on the missed goals of last year, but to set new goals and be diligent to achieve these goals one day at a time. I also encouraged the folks to find someone to help you reach your goals as you strive to help others reach their goals. Then we ate and played games. Happy New Year!
 
First time and possibly last time hosting a NYE party at my house. Good times, too much food, good games, and drunken silliness. But the mess...
 
So drinking sucks. Had a bunch of my college buddies out to my house last night and just played some drinking games and watched the ball and such. Thought I was being smart and stuck to only beer so I wouldn't have too awful of a hangover... Boy was I wrong. Almost 6pm today and I haven't been able to keep down even a sip of water for more then 10min. No food. Nothing. I feel like death. Just been laying in bed or on the couch all day trying to sleep to make the time pass faster ha. Don't think I'm gonna be setting any squat pr's tomorrow unless I make a miraculous recovery and eat and drink my face off between now and then.

Seriously though, I might never drink again after this mess. Happens to me almost every time now and it's a complete waste of a day. Then again, it'd be easy for me to diet while drinking haha.

How much did you drink? Maybe just a beer or two and call it a night. Never huts to be a social drinker.

waaaayyyyy too much. I used to be able to handle it but not anymore ha. Frankly I don't even really enjoy it anymore so a beer or two now and again is really prob all I'll ever do. The hangovers just aren't worth a few hours of fun that I would have regardless of the booze.

Finally got my stomach back and have been slowly pounding away at the food I have around. Not gonna come close to my 2800cals but I might be able to get to at least 2k which is pretty good considering I couldn't stomach water until 6pm. For some reason I was craving fish so I just made 3 tilapia filets ha. Prob the only person to throw up all day and then eat fish.

ya I figure my body knows what it needs so an odd craving most likely is due to something deficient (tho at this point everything is ha). Most people don't get it but I love being dd and have just as much fun at a bar stone sober as drunk.

No its an off day for me so my carbs are just lower to begin with. Used them up for some proats earlier in the day and some ezekial toasts with scrambled eggs
 
dooood my wife turned me on to them. I never had them until recently, absolutely love em. Delicious sweet/snack
I always used to peel the skins off with my teeth and spit them out ha. Removes literally any bitter or tartness and basically leaves frozen grape juice.
 
Lol frozen fruit is a fun low cal treat, trued experimenting, really liked skinned and thin sliced kiwi frozen

I was 235 in highschool and also a D-lineman lol

Snacks as a kid were pizza pockets, easy mac, mrs. Vickies S&V chips, and Sweet chilli heat Doritos lol
 
Pretzels and cheese dip was my go to everyday after school. Prob a cup of cheese or more and like half a bag of pretzels ha.
 
So I straight up manned up and plowed through 2700 cals last night as well as a gallon and a half of water between 7-12. Felt great by the end of the night. Sipped water all through the night too.

Feeling good so far today so I ate a nice big breakfast of eggs, spinach, pumpkin pancakes, and white rice. Gonna wait an hour or so and then try to hit legs. Gonna see how I feel the first few sets and decide if I wanna go for a new max or not. Gonna take my time warming up and stretching out and see how it goes. Frankly I think I could hit my current pr even a little off since I've been gaining strength every week but we will see.
 
had a great session today. metabolism must be on fire, especially since that all you can sushi adventure because i'm sweating like a mofo all the time and i dropped 4 lbs since for whatever reason.

either way, if weight stays the same or doesn't increase by the end of week, i'll be bumping to 3,000 cals
