Decided to do a pre exhaust type of day and it turned out really well. Crazy pump, and it helped really focus on form even though the weight was lighter. Crushed this workout in an hour, could have definitely kept going but I wanna be fresh. Btw, for those of you with a Keurig, the Caramel Drizzle Folger's K-Cups are bomb.com. Woke up a little lighter than usual today too

Odd day today. Got up and played my playoff game for our hockey tournament... We sucked and lost so it was just a warmup for the gym ha. When I got to the gym my head just wasn't into it. I was strong as ever but I was just totally zoned out. It was just a weird feeling. All of my lifts went really well, especially 8x2 deads and form was so good that I didn't even feel them in my back at all. Glutes hams and abs took all the brunt. Overall it was an extremely effective lift but I was just daydreaming and such all throughout.

Came home and cooked up a nice big meal and finally got to try out the gingerbread pop tarts. They're good, but def not my favorite. The gingerbread flavor was weaker then I expected so I think that's why I was kinda let down. The more I ate the more I enjoyed it but I think it would've taken like 5 to get to favorite level ha.

Also had a realization that this week is supposed to be my deload, followed by next week being 1rm week. Problem is that I'm gonna be in cinci for a wedding sat, travel Sunday, LA for work all next week, and then psu for a weekend of tailgating the following weekend... Which doesn't bode well for a 1rm week ha. So the new plan is gonna be to have a deload push/pull monday and tues and then my 1rm days wed-fri. After that I can make it up a bit for the next week or so depending what I have as far as gyms and where I'm at.

Have you tried uncapping three MAGNITROPIN and mixing it with the NITRAMINE preworkout?
 
Had my push deload day today. Stayed away from any heavy bb work and just focused on getting a nice pump in each muscle and kept up a pretty quick pace. Workout looked like this:
Leg press 4x10+partials after last set
Db shoulder press 4x10+ double drop in last set
Db incline press 4x10+ double drop in last set
Tricep dips 4x10+5negatives on last set
Leg ext ss leg curl 3x10+partials on last set
Giant set 3x10
Tate press, side raise,db chest fly, db squeeze press

Really liking the squeeze presses as a finisher for chest. I really get a good pump as well as truly feel the muscle stretching and squeezing.

Tomorrow will be push deload. Not sure what all I'll throw in but no deads or pull-ups most likely.

I think sunday or Monday I'm gonna start my monster supplement stack. Think of doing 8 weeks of:
X factor (ara)
Peak beta+ (carnitine and COP)
Anabeta elite (new)
Alphamax

Might even throw in some others mostly because I have a ton of stuff laying around and the more I use, the less I have to move to Georgia with me ha. Plus showing up to atl nice and huge won't hurt my street cred ;)

Any other suggestions or changes you guys see?

I've run ara but only for a short bit. Alphamax I've used before as well but ABE is new for me. Never stack any of them together

Why so many sets for a deload? just cut your volume and intensity in half get in get out and be done. that is the whole point of a deload.

Just about anything ha. I have a ton of stuff laying around... Here's what I can think of off the top of my head:

andro 5A (prob not gonna use this due to the ph)
ostarine (same as above/ sarm)

Tons of fat burners (norco, AT2, AAv2, thermoxyn, px black, etc etc)
Also have a bunch of agmatine and leucine caps I'm prob gonna throw in. thinking agmatine 1g 1-2x/day and leucine 5g PWO

Just wanted to get a good pump going. All the sets were pretty light and fairly easy. Moreso just to get a good amount of blood flowing. Plus I had switched from 3 workouts to 2 so I had to up the volume a little just to get all the body parts in. It was only 2 exercises per muscle and usually 7 sets

Maybe not at all. Doesn't fit my schedule now with the holidays and travel and such and once I start my new job it wont be possible at all due to all the flying.

The setup with natty supplements will still yield gains obviously, and you picked some good ones!

yep it's all there. I'm gonna figure out something eventually ha.

Plan is to go natty for awhile and then once I see how the new job goes maybe try out a ph in the summer or late spring.

right now nothing due to no longer having a home base. Can't be taking illegal stuff on planes so it's gonna be strictly ph's if I decide to go that route again. Total bummer as I'm kind of against ph's since they're usually harsher in the system and less gains. Seems like a bad trade off

That said, everything I've run in the past has been very short and more just exploratory then anything. Never done a long or heavy cycle.

Prob start simple and go with epi. It'd be awkward having to deal with a super wet compound since Id need more supports as well as have to really watch bloat since I'm going to be up in front of people all the time.

Agmatine doesn't work for me preworkout either. But when I use it, I do a gram in the am, and one pm. Its metabolized quickly, but it lasts throughout the day for me in terma of bloatedness and general well being. It also makes me hungry as hell.

Yeah it was awesome. Crappy on squats, killed everything else. Having an egg and cheese in a bagel and a toasted pb2 and banana bagel as well
