Hello, I am 43 y/o have been lifting for 25+ years. Was powerlifting, then crossfit, now doing wendlers 5/3/1 and some crossfit of off days.

My question is I started activate extreme/triazole approx 3 weeks ago, felt good, some positive aggression, then someone told me about pink magic. I have been mixing pink magic and activate together 6 AE and 6-9 PM + 6 triazole/day for the last week.

My question is, I have some erase+titanium+formula x coming, can I start this stack for 4 weeks? then off 4 weeks. If so, what would you guys recommend during my off time. I am making some good gains in strength and leaning out (could just be wendlers+crossfit)

Or should I finish out this cycle 1-2 weeks stop triazole and add in erase until done. Take 4 weeks off then start erase+titanium+formula x?

Should I take anything in b/t my natty cycles?

Thank you very much for your time and advice.

Scott

You can switch in and out of natty test boosters whenever and however you like.

Don't know if it was the PM, I was mixing the two (AX/PM) with triazole. Just started Titanium/Formula X/Erase) hoping to really feel something with this stack. Although I felt aggressive within the first week of taking AX/Triazole.

Titanium with Erase worked well for me. Do you eat and cook with coconut oil, do you take tocotrienols, and do you eat whole eggs and other cholesterol foods? Test boosters will not work well or even hardly work at all without keeping a good foundation and those three are foundation foods for decent natural test. Onions are good too.

Many people who think that test boosters don't work are missing these areas. The popular low fat and low cholesterol diets the last few decades has numerous guys, even young guys low in testosterone.

There is a problem keeping natural test levels up, and it seems to be an art form more than a science. Low zinc and magnesium levels or even selenium levels will hold back good test levels too. It's interesting to me that Shilajit, used in East to increase fertility and test, depletes selenium heavily to do it's work. Therefore if a guy was already low in selenium, then Shilajit would not work for him. If you have super low cholesterol levels no test booster is going to do much for you. Do you get me drift?

I pretty much eat a Paleo diet. proteins, eggs, nuts, omega 3, coconut oil, butter, etc... BTW what are tocotrienols? what do you think of coleus forskohli?

I work night shift 11pm-7am 5 days a week currently, and it sucks. Tired all of the time need to take stims prior to working out to hit my target weights (doing wendlers 5/3/1) and some crossfit for cardio a couple of times a week. Want to increase energy and have some oomph again.

That is why trying the natty test boosters. Tried some androstenedione along with a regoimented powerlifting program back when I was 32. Was 250 and not great cardio endurance, but was really strong and felt good. Unfortunately did not know anything about PCT etc..

Still learning now :147:. Want to feel good as I get older not feeble. Do not want to go gently into that goodnight......:aargh:

I dunno' you're pretty old at 43 and it may be too late in the game. Have you drawn up your bucket list yet? ;)

Coleus forskohli is a excellent back up test booster and helps to keep lean. It's cAMP activation is a great added pathway.

Check out Taco-8 at Primordial Performance and see what they have to say about tocotrienols. A Paleo diet is a little trendy, but almost perfect for good test levels. Powerlifting is good for test levels too, in all of its forms.
