Swelling/itching due to heat wave?

3 weeks ago I had my shot of reandron 250.
Had no pain or swelling after the initial injection swelling.

Over the last two days we have had a heat wave of 35-40 degrees (Celsius). And I've noticed the depot has gotten swollen, hot and itchy as hell.

Just before the heatwave I had a test E shot, not sure of its somehow related to the shot or not

Any idea what is going on?
Any advice on how to reduce it? Or at least the itching? (look like an idiot scratching my arse all day haha)
 
I've had hot spots from pinning test e before, idk what it was but I stopped using the gear because it happened twice with the same brand.. is yours prescribed or underground?
 
I don't think heatwave would have an effect on that.. unless u have the test sitting out in direct sunlight lol but indoors at room temperature is fine
