Swelling away from injection site?

Alright bros, so I hit myself Friday evening with an injection in my right hip. I think I felt it yesterday, but really noticed it today that my right foot is sore and swollen. Now I'm pretty sedentary on the weekends and don't remember doing anything to it, and I haven't had any problems with this vial in the past either. You guys think theres cause for concern? It's just weird to me that it's the same side as my inject pretty much right after I injected.

You injected in your hip and your foot has swollen up?
 
Yea. I wouldn't think they're related but they're on the same side and I've done literally nothing except that. Seems weird I know, but I've seen the results of bad shots
 
This could mean you hit something during the injection or could be edema due to the injection. Either way if it doesn't reduce quickly see a doctor.
