Swell frequency

I take it everyday for a few reasons. First, I am a rep and they pay me to say that:icon_lol:

Second, Beta-alanine needs to be taken everyday to max out carnosine levels and the Poseidon complex in Swell has a culmulative effect when taken day after day as far as promoting overall health. I take 3 scoops twice a day and it still last awhile.

I agree on the BA part. I believe same for CM but the benefits can be felt with pre-workout dosages.
