The past few days I have really been craving sweets, I really don't want to undo everything I have done. What does everyone do when cravings hit you ?
 
I actually have a, zone perfect protein bar, chocolate chip cookie dough flavor.
For me it's like having candy bar. It's less than 180 calories of.
 
If I get a craving, a fit it into my daily macros.

Fitting things in on OCCASIONS and within your caloric intake will help with adherence and will make it so you're eating for your goals and not "dieting"
 
It would be ideal to fit it into your daily macros, but if you've been dieting for a long time it might be a good time to incorporate a refeed or cheat meal. I find that I usually get cravings after dieting for a few weeks, and its a good sign that my body needs some extra carbs. Everyone is different when it comes to this though, and make sure your small sweets craving doesn't turn into a binge on crappy food.

I wouldn't even go as far as occasionally, unless one has a hard time with self control. I would suggest committing 10-20% of daily calories to foods you enjoy. Not saying one cannot enjoy their "clean" / "bodybuilding" foods, but I am talking about "dirty" foods. For example, I've been having a serving of Ginger Snap cookies post workout as of late. I also eat cereal a lot. On my low carb days, which are are low calorie days as well, I eat 2275 cals. A serving of those cookies is only 120 cals. It is a nice treat and keeps me sane.
 
Do your best to fit it in to your macros. If not I too am I fan of some sort of protein bar as a treat can be almost like a candy bar. If you are craving ice cream check out artic zero, some of them really are decent and do the trick just fine, can even break up pieces of a protein bar if you are feeling like really indulging on something.
 
I eat whatever I'm craving in moderation. If I deprive myself too much I'll murder an entire cake
