Wonder how much of the insomnia is PED related and how much is other factors (i.e. stress, caffeine consumption, your head telling you you should have insomnia so you do). Just spit ballin

No real stress in my life atm. No caffeine yesterday. I never expect insomnia. The stuff has me very anxious which i think has my hr up which is keeping me up. It does have a strong effect on the cns. So i think I'm just more stimulated then normal. Similar thing happened to me on tren, except i had legit anxiety attacks.

Notes: decent deload day considering the lack of sleep. The bss were to put blood into my bad hip. I was ripping the pulls off the floor. Trying to keep myself attacking the main lifts hard while my hormones balance out.
 
Donated blood today.

Iron was 17. Has come back 19 before. Thats really high.

Bp was 160/100 lol. On hawthorn atm. Could have been small cuff but i feel great, no high bp symptoms.

Resting hr was 88.

Im so unhealthy. I need to get healthy again after this meet. This is getting out of hand.

My diet has been 90% clean and 10% junk.

My bf i a little higher then it was when i had better bp and resting hr and i just finished losing some bf.

The only thing it could really be is the peds. This is my second attempt at them. First time was for my meet in december which had my bp 150/90. So its worse now.

Im considering pulling the plug on the cycle. Or at the very least cutting the doses down. I never would have thought it would be this bad. I will get it rechecked in the next week, make sure the right cuff is used and assess from there.

After this meet i will be losing more bf and doing a good deal of conditioning. Gotta get on top of this.

Edit: i cant imagine my health and conditioning is really that bad. I truely wonder how the big boys do it now.

Light conditioning: 10 straight min on bike then cool down stretching after.
Notes: good day. I was only gonna get one spot on my top set. I planned on doing 3 singles. But i blasted thru one triple instead. Didnt feel overly heavy and moved very well. So i feel im on track for my goals. The rest of the session went very well and fast. The tbar rows killed my upper back, been awhile since anything hit it that well. Deff keepin them in.
 
Sleep has been improving everyday since ive cut the trest out. Unfortunately the decanoate ester will take some time to clear. Thinning has also slowed down. Sleep is still shallow however. Ill do a mini review of trest here as i had 3 weeks of ace and 5 decanoate.

Pros
The physical appearance on the stuff it amazing. Was recomping with no diet change. Over ate the last few days and no bloat, just looked full. Recovery is amazing on it. Unlike anything ive ever used. Mood and wellbeing are also great. Libido was ok, got better as i dialed estrogen in.

Cons
Blood pressure and hr are elevated greatly. Estrogen is a major issue with it. Have to really be on top of ais. Shorter temper. Mild insomnia with some nights being very bad. Shallow sleep all the time. Thinning hair, more so then test.

Notes: good then rough day. Everyone was leaving so i once again only had one spot. So i comp wrapped my wraps and killed a triple. Below depth. Great set. Then the rest of the squats got worse and worse. My left side has been lagging since i hurt it a few months ago. It just gets tired faster. It wasnt apparent on top sets. But was very apparent on cat squats and pause sets after. I could tell on the last pause that i was favoring my good and stronger leg. Thats why i think i started to cramp. I hope its good to pull heavy on friday. So this in mind. I plan to change up some things to help avoid any injury and further imbalances.

Never had to deal with any glaring imbalances. But I like your plan. I'd say stay on top of it mentally too. When you realize you're favoring a side, make a conscious effort to improve each subsequent rep.

I was so shot and tired at that point i just had nothing left. So ill make some changes. Ive been doing this on my bench assistance and its been helping a good deal. Thanks man. Yeah just poor imbalances from bbing training i never addressed sadly.

I'm honestly surprised I don't have some type of issues too. The "training" I did in the very beginning was horribly misguided.

Almost every injury ive ever gotten was from something stupid. Sucks. Been walking around on it all morning. No issues. Will roll it out tonight and do some stretching and mobility.
 
What gets me a lot and this is really stupid is sliding a plate to the side with the inside of my foot always seem to pull something that way

Light conditioning: 15min steady state on bike.
Notes: transitioning into two bench days a week again. I think this will help more then ohp atm. My speed was great and i smoothed out some pause and lowering issues ive been having. The db complex was an old favorite of mine to really hit my imbalanced shoulders/pecs. It didnt let me down. My whole upper body was on fire from them. Really hit what i wanted in an efficient manner. I tried the high rows herder talked about. Really had my rear delts/traps/rhombiods on fire. Liked it alot. Nice productive and fast day overall. Hammy is feeling better and the rdls didnt bother it. Not sure if itll be up to pull tomorrow but we will see.

Notes: thank god for the hammy bands. By far the best purchase ive made of the year so far. No hamstring pain once i warmed up and gotten on. Took the squats easy to just test my hamstring. About 50% of my wrappless 1rm. No issues pulling either but i was nervous and it showed in my warm ups and first top set. Each one got better tho. Finished off with abs and rehab work. Hip is feeling good and so is the hammy. Considering added banded hip abduction to my warmups to help with glute activation off the floor.
 
Have two days off this weekend. I need it. Very tired. The treat deca is still tapering out of my system. Its causing some pretty sever anxiety which trashes my sleep. My bp is still up also. I'm sure its the trest itself and the anxiety. Estrogen is more out of control then ever before. On the most asin I've ever been on. Bloated and nip pain.

Other notes. I've got a huge crush on my coworker. My anxiety doesn't help this much lol. She knows I like and her and she's hinted at the same back. But also given mixed signals about not wanting anything. We hung out yestersay, pretty much a date. Dinner, movie, and chilled at her place. She said before we hung out that it wasn't a date, she paid for herself, and for me not to fall in love with her. My current hormone roller coaster doesn't help with all this. She has some serious back issues and I have given her three massages over five days. Last night it was about 30min long, straight art work. Really did a number on my hands and forearms. Unsure how to deal with it all tbh. She even cried in my car about her issues and of course I helped her through it. Any advice welcome.

Also considering going back to legit trt or just cruises tbh. A lot has gone into this. But given my past and anyone who knows it I doubt they would support my choice to continue use in such a manner.

Only way to know is put yourself out there. Tell her your feelings and asks hers. If she deflects, well then ya know. It's hard, but it's better than sitting around wondering "what if".

I was working towards that last night after she hinted she liked me. She said "you talk to much sometimes". She has mentioned to another co worker that she does like me also. Seems it'll have to be a waiting game, spend time together, and let things happen kinda thing. Not my cup of tea but I do like her as a person a lot so I can't just bail on it yet.

Yeah well she deff has some past experiences that are playing a role now. She has opened up to me about a lot of her past. I know stuff her family doesn't know. Hell she would even room with me ATM if it came to that. Obviously if that happened we couldn't do anything to avoid possible drama and she has told a co worker the same. I'm pretty lost.

I already have to be on trt for life. I have a benign cist on my pituitary. Also through ages 17-19 I abused many anabolics for almost that whole time none stop with very few pcts. I also did way to many drugs on top of and fought one addiction on my own. Well two if you count the psychological addiction to aas.
 
If you can beat any kind of addiction you are mentally strong, therefor I have faith you get through this little rough patch ma man.

I see no reason you can't blast/cruise testosterone in a health conscious manner. Perhaps over time experiment with other compounds that don't stir up your anxiety.

Big ups to you for dealing with your previous issues and overcoming them. And good luck with the girl

I agree with that honestly. However I have yet to meet any female that understands why I would blast and cruise. Esp given my past. It doesn't bother me personally but I guess I need to find someone who is willing to get educated about use vs abuse.
I've used more compounds then I can count, only trest/tren have had this effect on me.

Thanks man. I'm gonna not care and let whatever happens happens. Will be easier once I'm less anxious for no reason lol.

Notes: hit three decent singles at 90% or my goal at the meet. The first rep I didn't push into my belt like I should. Second was the best. Third, fatigue got the best of me. Did some rehab stuff after and had to run. Didn't feel awesome today. Tired. Anxiety and insomnia are about gone. Sleep deprivation is now very apparent.
 
Any good night of sleep. Two days ago I was 221 in the am, today I'm 216. The bloat is all gone. Estro sides are also gone. Getting better everyday. Also dieting again simply BC I hate being "fat".

Notes: got some private blood work done today. Full panal, test, estrogen, ect. I will make my mind up based on how my health looks whether to keep blasting or not. I used bands today to get some feed back on my positioning that raw and chains just can't provide. All sets moved smooth and well. Plus the bands really force me to drive the bar over pressing it and prevent me from getting lazy on the *******. I did 275 just to see how it felt after the bands. Best its felt yet. Very fast. The rest was fluff and buff with me cutting down some on volume. Really happy with training ATM. After this meet I deff plan to increase my cardio and work capacity and get in shape again. Leaner, healthier, and happy in my own skin again. I can't decide if I should keep doing cardio ATM. I am 7 weeks out. I'm on the fence about it.
 
Being that I know how you feel about being sloppy and out of shape, I say keep the cardio in until you absolutely can't recover from both training and cardio. It should happen soon enough and set you up for a very nice overreach.

Lol I hope it looks good too. Feeling healthier anyways. I got it from Dave Tate a few years ago to help with imbalances and bottom end strength.
