Notes: great session. Got in and put in good time. Nailed a rack lockout rep pr even though I feel pretty beat up from Wednesday. Did Kroc rows bc I love.them and hate them. Decided since.obb only.goes up to 125 I will have two weights I can work on.rep prs with depending on how beat up I am. Today I was beat up.
