Swanks getting his brain AMPed with AMPitropin!

reminds me of an old place on soutside of indy called ron's black gym...the black was because all you seen in that place was black barbells/dumbells and plates...but your place looks a lot nicer, ron's place was a dump, lol.
 
I'm back at my house watching the kids today. I'm going to try to get a good deadlift session in while they're napping later. I'm still sick but I'm going to go for max today. I'm shooting for 500 this time around. If I get a new max I'll post up a video.

I have to say that this AMPitropin has been a lifesaver for me. I've been sick and sleeping like crap, tired and stressed out, etc... it has done a lot to help me keep focus at the gym and on my school work. I'm really grateful that Marms gave me an opportunity to log this and I hope my log is living up to expectations! This is the first log I've run in 6 months or more!!
 
The log is great! I'm sure there are going to be a lot of people buying this product just cause of this log. It has me intrigued
 
So I'm deciding to make today a rest day, I haven't had one in a while. I'll deadlift tomorrow. I'm not feeling the greatest right now and I have a boatload of school work to finish before Monday.
 
Probably a good idea. Stress can take a toll on your recovery too.

Thanks gents, I'm really proud of that one. Especially since you don't see the attempt right before it where the bar didn't even leave the ground. I just had to psych myself up real good.

So I hit up a great back and abs session this morning. I just spent some time exploring the new equipment I have available to me now. I didn't record what I did today but I remember:

4x12 wide pull ups
5x15 wide pull downs
5x12 hammer strength iso row
5x15 hammer strength high row
5x12-15 hammer strength ab machine
5x15 hanging leg raises

I also talked with a powerlifting coach while I was there said he had some interest in training me. Told me he knew the moment he shook my hand that I was a beast lol
 
Hit up a pretty good chest WO today, went for higher weight to break it up instead of my typical 12-15 reps I was doing 8-10.

I'm leaning out really well. My midsection is unflexed but starting to see abs. Definition in my quads is greatly increased and veins going from lower abs to groin are popping.

And yes, I'm standing on a bathtub lmao

ever try 2 caps? i tried 3 once when i knew i had to be awake and alert for many hours straight, worked great with very little crash-well the normal crash you would expect when being awake and alert for a long time, lol.

Well I had a decent shoulder day. Focus was intense but my balls just weren't in it for whatever reason. I think I'm just worn out from all the stress of the last week or so and I've been sick almost 2 weeks now
 
I hit legs HARD this morning! I may do some HIIT on lunch today too.

Had my first good night if sleep in a week last night. Feeling a lot better today
 
So lunch yesterday consisted of a nice upper back session followed by a big tub of Greek yogurt, some chicken sausage and a sweet potato.

No lifting this morning. I'll be hitting bis/tris on lunch today though
