ok so im going to start using sus soon.

first time on injectable roids.

So was thinking 250mg a week. all in 1 injection.

for 8 weeks ??? (is this long enough? First time user)

p.c.t im going to use Nolvadex

doing a 8 week cycle so do i need to do Nolvadex for 8 weeks?

And is Nolvadex enough as a pct? also (should i start stright after last injection?)

i was going to do 8 weeks on 8 week pct then 8 weeks normal with just sups

That gives me 16 weeks rest from the roids,

Is this ok any suggestions would be great ?

This is a terrible cycle! Scrap the idea of juicing and buy some food, once you hit 200 or so lbs, then start thinking about this stuff.

This is his second troll post. If this is legit, please listen to these warnings man. You're getting advice from people who support and use them themselves, and they're telling you not to. Doesn't that make sense? Its like an animal shelter worker telling you NOT to adobt an abused pitbull because you have a 2 year old. They know better!
