Sustain Alpha - Pump broke, any tips?

Guys,
My bottle of Sustain Alpha just stopped pumping properly. It spits out a little gel, any tips on making it work again?

FYI - My friend had the same happen with 2 bottle and now I'm experiencing it. So we are 3 for 3 on broken pumps :(

I know I can rip off the bottom of the tub and press it from within, but that seems clunky.

I had the same issue the other day. I was barely on my fourth day of using it. I banged it a few times on the sink and started working again. No issues since.
