I started SA well into a modest test blast. After the first week or so, my libido was damn near out of control. That lasted for about 10 days or so, and then settled down back to more normal levels. Still feels like SA is elevating my libido, but it’s more subtle now, which I actually prefer. Can’t say how it’ll work for you, but I’d say it’s worth a shot.

Thank you for this return, yes sustain is very good in solo.

Rather, I wanted to know if sustain alpha prevents or reduces hpta shutdown if taken during a prohormone cycle.

Highly doubtful, but I suppose it could possibly offset loss of libido to a small degree.
