A log describing the effects of using the supplement by Iconic Formulations.
Over the last few months I have been taking a break from working out but recently started dialing in my diet again in order to reduce the amount of fat I have gained over the last year.
At the same time I made the decision to incorporate a prohormone along with dermacrine to help speed up the results. After a week or so on these I began feeling pretty awful, crash in energy, big crash in libido and other issues also happened (I have another thread about this)
After a visit to the GP to get things checked out I am now off of the hormonal supplements and am trying to increase my energy and libido through natural means so currently I've been running optimise T along with ashwagandha for the last couple of weeks or so. I am already feeling a bit better in myself but have decided from this week to add sustain alpha and log how I feel moving forward.
A bit about me, I'm not any kind of muscle bound gorilla. I'm 6 foot tall and currently 180lbs, I've lost 18lbs over the last few weeks through diet and restarting exercise. I'm naturally thin and even when I'm "fat" in clothes I still look lanky and slim. It is what it is it doesn't bother me.
I'm 47.
Other stuff I take is fish oil, CLA, and a fatburner twice a day sometimes substituted with a pre workout if it's a workout day.
I have a wife and kids and work a full time job where sometimes I have to be up at 3:45 am and on other days don't finish until 10pm so very tricky to fit in a solid regime.
