Just finished up Dermacrine for 4 weeks and loved it! Starting Sustain Alpha Liqua-Vade.

Recommended dose was one 5ml. dose twice a day, M-F, at 5 days on/2 days off. Should you do 5ml in the morning and another 5ml before bedtime or how is it best timed?

Never used the Liqua-Vades before, do you flip the bottle over and squeeze it with the syringe attached?

That's what I did in order to avoid air pockets and make sure I was getting the full 5ml. Be careful if you do it this way though, if you pull the syringe out you're gonna have a nice mess to clean up.

No need refrigerate this stuff after opening is there?

No no need to refrigerate, just screw the cap back on tight.

The best way to draw the LV into the oral syringe.

Draw air into the syringe up to the amount of LV you will be pulling out of the bottle. So if you want 5 ml of LV pull in 5 ml of air.

Next, stick the oral syringe into the bottle and push the air into the bottle.

Last, turn the bottle upside down and draw the equivalent amount of LV into the syringe. It will draw into the syringe with ease. Turn the bottle upright and remove the oral syringe and consume.
