sust/T-bol/Deca/Eq cycle

Hey guys, starting a 12 week cycle of sust(12)/tbol(6)/deca(10)/Eq(12)

let me know what your thoughts are...people say not to take deca and eq but i think thats b/s...here are my dosages...and some questions

sust - 750/wk
tbol - 60mg/daily how should i spread this out during the day?
deca - 300mg/week
Eq - 400 - 600mg/week what dose should i take for 12 weeks?

will be taking nolv 20mg/daily

one other question is I want to use hcg DURING this cycle..

How much should I take per week with my steroid dosages?
What week should I start taking it in the cycle?
What time of the day do I take it...after my workout...after my shots etc?

Help would be great guys...

outline the goals of your cycle, also EQ for 12 weeks is too short IMO. TBOl dose is fine.
 
personally i would drop the EQ if your only using for 12 weeks or have used it before and its a must have for you. spread out the T-bol dose to 3-4x a day if you can. the rest looks fine.

drop the nolva ED during cycle and add in an AI like a-dex, aromasin, or a low dose of letro (personally like a-dex the best).
 
cool...yeah will cycle 14-15 weeks instead of 12 with the injectables...I've used Adex before in a cycle...but I feel like nolva works better for me on cycle than an AI...plus nolva increases floating test levels which will allow for more potential. AI eliminates estrogen which I think is important when on cycle...give me your thoughts

I think it's a toss up for a lot of people.

as far as hcg goes...i know taking between 250-500 weeks is recommened...i just dont know when to take it as far as after i inject the test...TIMING! HELP

500iu every 5 days is sufficient. dont really think it matters what time u pin, not 100% sure though. personally id pin at night before bed

Your mistaken in the nolvadex increases testosterone levels while on cycle. This is a property of arimidex rather because aromatase inhibition reduce the amount of testosterone converted to estrogen through aromatisation.

As far as gains are concerned it's a hotly debated issue. Some insist no estrogen control is best for optimal gains because estrogen up regulates the androgen receptor. Animal studies have shown that testosterone co-administered with estrogen was most effective for increasing weight of cattle.

Nolvadex is also reported to reduce IGF-1 expression in the liver perhaps impacting upon gains.
