Suspension

Guys,
I can no longer get any water based test suspension. Can someone help me prepare some from synovex or another means. This is hypotheticly speaking. For information purposes only. Thanks a million
 
I have sources for gear but not for raw powder. I know that is my problem and not yours but is there any where I can research to find my own powder?
