My wife right now is running 8mg LGD daily and has about 4 weeks left, but also was diagnosed with a hernia due to diastasis recti which she will have fixed in about 2 weeks. My question is, should she stop the LGD when she has the surgery, or continue the LGD during the recovery to help maintain gains she's made and possibly prevent fat gain? I think the recovery will be at least 4 weeks without any strenuous exercise. Thanks in advance.
