Supps to help get back in the game

Hey all, been a while since I posted here! Basically my question is this: what natural supplements would y’all recommend to someone trying to get back in shape? Background is this: I’ve been lifting regularly for about 15 years (I’m 37 years old) but in the last few years I’ve had a ton of setbacks. First I moved to a very small town in the mountains of North Carolina that didn’t have a gym anywhere within an hour drive. Then moved back and got right back in the gym, but I’ve been beset by intermittent health problems for the last year and a half or so that keep me out of the gym for sometimes months at a time. Eventually I was able to keep it up long enough to get just about where I was before all of these pitfalls, only to get hit by the same health issues again (the big problem being severe anemia, to the point I could barely walk up the stairs to get to my bedroom, much less lift weights)!

Now, though, me and my doctors have finally got things figured out and I’ve been cleared to go back in the gym! But I’ve lost so much strength and muscle mass, and I need some help getting myself back to where I was. I’m no stranger to the supplement game, and I’ve used all kinds of stuff over the years, some of my favorites I’ve ordered already as well as one that’s new to me. I’ve maintained my creatine intake during all this, so here’s what else I’m planning:

M-Test
Anabolic Effect
Anabolic XT
Pepti-Plex (This is the one I’ve never tried).

Anything else I could/should add? Or is this a good stack to get me started? My primary goal is mass and strength, and honestly I’m vain so I’d take the mass over the strength lol but the two usually go mostly hand-in-hand. I can’t do ARA because of inflammation issues, which is a shame since I used to love that stuff. And while I’ve run PHs in the past, I’m trying to stay at least KINDA natty for right now, and I haven’t deviated into that territory in about 6 years anyway.

Sorry to ramble, any help is appreciated!

That looks fine... you could add uro b, basis and alpha one (in that order in my opinion). Or not... natty supps in my opinion are the icing on the cake once all the fundamentals are in place.

I like icing :)

How has nobody recommended Minestrone! :sneaky:

You're going to love Peptiplex or Peptibolic if you have inflammation issues. I agree with Basis, and Alpha One, Uro B, also maybe check out ecdyplex or epichaos and PAXT. Iconogenin if you have cortisol or stress issues. Glycine at night. Vitamin D and Thiamine in the morning. Injectable L-Carnitine if you don't mind pinning.

Also a good Pump focused Pre Workout. My go to is Global Formulas Bio Pump'd to help you FEEL like training, and get into a habit/ritual.

Autocorrect, my old nemesis! Good suggestions though! I’ve had success with Urolithin B, particularly in the old Olympus Labs formulas like Massacr3, and Epicatechin has long been a staple so I’ll definitely get some Epi-plex. I’ve never tried PA, might give that a try, too. As for BASIS, I’ve considered it but if it’s similar to Evomuse BMP then I’m probably not a great candidate for it since I haven’t been able to fully give up nicotine (I use Zyns now after I quit smoking). And unfortunately, although I got great results running Alpha One for a couple of months, it never stopped giving me stomach issues, so I’m out on that one, there’s only so much my poor wife can handle!
