I convinced my father to try a supplement for a month. He is 55, and is moderately physically active with a fairly healthy diet. He has been a drinker his entire life, so I assume that his test is somewhat suppressed moreso than the normal loss that comes with age.
My goal for him in supplementing is more quality of life than muscle building. I was contemplating the new diesel test, or cnw's trib extreme potency. Any other ideas?
Also he brought up a concern for his prostate health when supplementing. I explained that as long as his test is within the normal range, its not a concern. I could be wrong, I admittedly dont know much about supplementings effects on older men. Any studies or info I can show him to assauge his concerns?
Thanks guys.
