Supps for after surgery, recovery/build muscle

I recently had surgery and I'll be out for a couple more weeks. I had an inguinal hernia repair. Right before surgery I ran 1 bottle of massmax xt and really liked it, still have 1 left, gonna pick up another. Currently taking mk677, might start back up on cissus as well.
What would be a good supp to run when I get back into the gym, for recovery, and strength/muscle? I am probably gonna focus on recomping til my strength returns. Should I take the supps right when I get back or wait a month or two until I'm back where I was?

considering 8 weeks of magnitropin. Not interested in any suppressive sarms.

For recomping I would recommend Follidrone or Ep1logue. Have ran both at 12+ weeks and the results for both in a recomp or cut are great!

Make sure your truly ready before you start up again. Starting to early could cause more issues. When ready there are several ways to go. Take a look at anabol5. It’s a good way to build.

I’m running now even with my injury. My workouts are minimal but I’m going to say it does help.

This^ give it some time to get back before you start taking a natural anabolic product.

This as well. I'd give it a month or so before you jump back into the game. When you do though like said above Follidrone 2.0 would be a great option.

Starting now... I would first run some BPC-157 and transition into a Laxogenin product. A high quality one like Iconogenin or or OL MASSACR3. I would eventually work in an (-)-epi product before too long as well.

All of these should help limit inflammation, reduce recovery, and speed the healing process to an appreciable level.

Worry more about lifting with good form and eating before jumping into anything. Get a whey protein, fish oil and multi to help cover the basics and take your time.

I would give it a month or two after you get the okay to lift again.

Recovery - calorie surplus and rest

I’ve had the best response to ArA. Take 1-1.5g right before your first warm-up w/a carnitine salt and emulsifier. Which could be ALCAR and PA.

SNS has xgels for pretty cheap (if you search hard enough) and single ingredient ALCAR. For the emulsifier (PA) I would just go to amazon and buy Fearns Soy lecithin.

If you weren’t already, I would routinely take creatine (any form but monohydrate has the most data behind it)

Is ARA (pro-inflammatory) the best thing to take post-surgery? I guess if he waits long enough after the surgery it shouldn’t be an issue, right?

Until then, something anti-catabolic like HMB may be worth looking into to preserve as much muscle until you can get back into the swing of things.

Absolutely not. That’s why I suggested he wait a while post okay from his doctor lol

Best advice there. Eat more protein to help repair.

I suggest you wait a bit before jumping on anything "hardcore".

Until then a solid diet, collagen cissus and glucosamine should do the trick.

If you feel adventurous and are sure about the purity of your product, you can try bpc157 and tb500 peptides which are renowned healers...
