Finished 4 weeker of 1t/4ad.



Around what week of post cycle does suppression start to very noticeably go away and gonads return to normal and they return completely to normal correct?

using nolva and zma
 
different for everyone. Some never have "noticeable" shrinkage or suppression while others it takes a while. Whats the dosing you are using on the nolva?

was taking 60mg for the first 4 days. completing my 1st week and down to about 30 mg a day.

Didnt get alot of suppression but did get some.

I thought nolva is just to prevent gyno not for suppression recovery.

Most believe it's the best for overall recovery of test levels and for preventing gyno should the need arise. Clomid is preferred by some, studies have shown it to have a very slight advantage in increasing test levels over nolva, but it has other drawbacks to take into account. They're listed in many threads thoughout here.
