Suppression without HCG

Seth Rodriguez who has a YouTube channel said if you are suppressed while cycling, and are not using HCG that reguardless of pct some leydig cells will permanently die due to dormancy. How true do you guys think that is?

Some brain cells die when we drink alcohol. Run a proper pct with a serm and get bloodwork. Your LH and FSH will most likely come back just fine if you follow typical protocol and time off

Probably to some degree, but it's not impossible for new cells to grow in response to the serms or just once homeostasis gets closer to baseline because the body is an incredible thing.. one could look into some promising herbal constituents that promote biogenesis of leydig cells..

I like clomids moa more than nolva for effectiveness on test.. but nolva is almost as good at that with less sides and can reduce gyno issues.. there's a good info thread on the different serms if you search for it
