suppressing appetite supplement

Hi,

I take REDuction at the moemnt and have noticed it gives really good appetite suppressing.

what i'm looking for now is another appetite suppressing supplement, that could contain the same stuff as REDuction as I'd like to take those particular ingredients more often to suppress my appetite more often (REDuction helps with the first half of the day)

or, if anyone can suggest a product that is just very good at suppressing appetite I could stack that w/ REDuction

Can't you fix this by making tweaks to your diet? What does your diet look like ?
