Supplements to reduce wrinkles

Which supplements have you noticed help reduce wrinkles? Which brands and what dosages would be great to know also. Thank you.

I don’t know about supplements, but my wife has really liked our red light therapy panel for her skin, especially her stretch marks. We have a Hooga panel that is like their medium size.

Oral Niacinimide. I take a gram a day for anti skin cancer purposes, but it can prevent wrinkles too.

Hyaluronic acid. Glucosamine. Glycine. Collagen. Bone broth (I like buffalo). Red Light therapy. Grass fed tallow and honey - face 'lotion'. Thyme oil and Aloe face spray.

Collagen daily will definitely help imo. We carry collagen peptides by PES now at Strong Supplement Shop to.

Collagen, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C have worked well for me to reduce wrinkles, but consistency is key. I also added peptides and saw better results over time. Hydration and diet make a big difference too. Another thing worth checking out is https://biaxol.co.uk/ since they offer products that support skin health from the inside out. A mix of good supplements and lifestyle habits has helped me the most.

you may want to look into NAD+

Iconic Formulations makes NAD+ Fusion Gel - transdermal gel contains 100mg NAD+, 50mg Tetrahydrocurcuminoids, 50mg Resveratrol per application. this three pronged approach should deliver long man long term health and anti-aging benefits - including reducing wrinkles.
