supplements to lower high resting heart rate?

My resting heart rate is always around 82 beats a min I do exerciwe regularly anything I can take too help lower it . ?Had surgery twice for something unrelated and gor tachracardia both tiMes need more surgery soon and want to lower my resting heart rate before I get surgery done

Most dietary supplements will advise the discontinuation of use 2+ weeks prior to surgery.

I would consult your doctor in this regard, for either a prescription or just ask about whether you could safely supplement with something.
