Supplements that dont cause Hot Flashes

Was wondering what supplements out there are effective and wont cause hot flashes. Obviously most hormonal supplements have messed up my hormones and caused me to get hot flashes. I was thinking of activate extreme or jungle warfare? Does increase testosterone cause hot flashes.
Just list product ingredients that would cause hot flashes as well. Niacin, etc.....

I am looking for something non hormonal that would be effective in muscle gain and wouldnt mess my hormones all up.
