Supplements taken with SD

I have ordered my SD and it should be arriving within the week. Before I start taking them I want to make sure that I have all my supplements in order. So far along with the SD I have coming pro liver and red rice yeast extract with co-q-10 policosanol and EFA oils. I am going to be doing nolvadex for my PCT therapy. I think with the SD I am going to do a 4 week 10 10 20 20 or a 10 10 20 30 cycle depending on how the last week feels.

My question for you guys is what are the best times to take the other stuff. During or after the SD weeks and what milligrams.

Pro Liver - XXX mg / During SD
Red Rice Ex - XXX mg / During
Policosanol - XXX mg / during

Nolva - XXX mg / After

how many weeks. If someone could help me out with this Id really appreciate it.
