Hi guys iv been training about a year, I just bought some protein and other supplements ad I'm not sure what I need to take
Iv bough protein bcaa powder creatine powder l glutimean fish oils vitamins and minerals and a breakfast shake
As it stand I tried doin the breakfast at 8 with 2 boiled eggs cod liver oil
And 10 I have bcaa drink and at 12 vitimins and minerals wit protein shake creatine and l glutamine an hour before gym, after gym I repeat protein creatine and glutamine
4pm bcaa again iv not put my food intake o here but as most know we all try taking I as much good foods as possible to help grow, does any of this sound rote or am I well wrong
