I lift weights 4 times a week and do 30 minutes cardio everyday . I am overweight btw. Do you think these are too much? I am 5'10'' and 39 yr old male, 90 kg weight .I was a former alcoholic for years with lots of liver fa/damage as per ultrasound/fibroscan. I also suffered a lot and one depression and anxiety meds that are helping me a lot .

What do you guys think of the supplements I take? What should I remove? Help!

For your liver issues......

More NAC 600mg 2-3x day

Tudca would be a good add on

Lots of ppl with liver damage have low levels of zinc and magnesium

Liver damage makes you have a hard time absorbing b vitamins so you might want to get your vitamin b levels checked.

Omega 3's help with inflammation in the liver

And stay hydrated

For liver support, Liver Assist XT is a great product that contains Milk Thistle + NAC + Artichoke + Curcumin all in one product. It stacks great with CEL TUDCA.

We are also getting ready to launch a Liver Assist XT Advanced that will have TUDCA in it.

Be careful with TUDCA products because there are a lot on the market that don't meet label claims. It's been a known problem for years in the industry.

I was taking NAC and Milk thistle when I felt I needed it, (the old pro hormone days).
