I'm already taking my protein, glutamein, multi vitamin, fish oil and creatine, Aswell as body cleansers. Is there anything else i can take or do to get big ripped lean muscle. I eat right too..

Steakodrol, anabolic potatoes, and natty milk

What's your stats and macro layout?

Stats are your age, height, weight, etc. Macronutrients are your carb, protein and fat intake daily

Thanks. Well I'm 19, 5'11, and 150lbs. I'm not quite sure what my intake is on protein, carbs and fat. I usually just try to balance it all out but eat more protien

At 5'11" 150lbs you should be " ripped" are you trying to put on some muscle? Honestly at that weight and age I would suggest eating more and working out heavier with your compound movements. Bench, Squat, Deadlifts etc. as you build muscle you will look more ripped at that weight. Make sure you are taking fish oils, multi vitamins, creatine, protein and carbs then if you really want a boost take some AnaBeta Original or the Elite if you want to lose a little fat too. That will make you build muscle and guarantee that you are eating enough which is the key to growing.

Most important supplements to get ripped:

Discipline
Hard work
Dedication
Nutrition

Save your money until you get those four down. Supplements are the least important part of where you seem to be at right now. Even me, having worked out off and on for 14 years except when injured, supplements are the least important part of my progress. All articles read and research done at this point should be about diet and exercise. Supplements don't matter in the least bit to someone just starting out. Save your money. Also I'm not sure what body cleansers you're talking about, but I'd assume they are probably a waste of your time/money as well.

Take advantage of your age and continue bulk while adding minimum fat. I suggest a 4 day upper lower split consisting of heavy compound movements with some accessory work. Shoot for 300-500 calories over maintenance. 50%C-30%P-20%F macro ratio should be good. Good luck.

I'm just being super honest right now, but can you dumb that down a little please sounds like great advice but I don't quite understand it..

Do Monday upper body
Tuesday lower body
Thursday upper body
Friday lower body.

That's what he's suggesting.

Just the first part with the whole split thingy

Sure bro. When you get a chance check out a few upper/lower training splits on Google. Layne Norton's PHAT is also a great routine to look into ... Basically, you utilize a low volume high frequency training protocol (you hit each muscle group twice per week). The volume is low on each given day compared to that of a typical "bodybuilding split." It allows for better recovery and strength gains IMO. Especially when training naturally.

Stop taking glutamine asap.
It is the biggest waste of money there is.

Geoforce got it nailed. Drop supplements at this point because undoubtably you will associate any lean muscle mass increases with the supplement use while underestimating the power of a good diet and good training program.

Train, eat, sleep and you will grow.

Don't drop the sups. keep the fish oil, mv, creatine, "protein shakes only when you can't have whole foods". Drink a gallon of water a day and you won't need to cleanse if your diet is proper.

I eat every three hours protein a carb and lots of veggies.. Today o sorta splurged though and ate a half a jar of peanut butter :/

Half a jar of peanut butter is splurging? Uh oh...I splurge often. Nd fyi, you don't have to eat every 3 hours. There is no cookie cutter for "eating right". Listen to these guys, get yourself a macro split based off your TDEE (how many kcal you burn off each day).

You should probably go to the nutrition & training subforums and get the advice you really need.

Also, look into wendlers 5/3/1 training program with the triumvirate accessory template or Dave Tate's Periodization Bible (my personal favorite, you can research the accessory templates for yourself).

Invalid Link Removed has a good program generator for 5/3/1. Good luck.

Supplement wise: id say just get yourself a good pre workout if you need a little pick me up. A FEW are condense, hemavol with a caffeine tab or without, or jacked micro (I know there are more those are just my favorites I've tried guys).

I do drink a gallon of water a day

Great, make sure it is spring water as distilled can rob minerals from your body, if you still feel you need to cleanse take 500 mg of magnesium citrate before bed, but make sure you are also getting enough calcium.
