Do you guys know any supplements (possibly herbal) because doctors say there is no other treatment than removing the non functional veins.

No. There is very specific treatments for VV that you need to consider not supplements. Surgery is usually the last option so get another doctors opinion.
 
Don’t know how effective but horse chestnut extract is a common ingredient used to treat them.
