Supplements for increasing confidence?

Hi guys,

One of the (many) downsides of my damn overthinking/worrying attitude is that confidence is impaired and I often second-guess myself.

Which are the best supplements that improve confidence?

I'd like to try creatine, but the balding gene runs in my mother's family, so maybe I should avoid it.

Thanks a lot!

Where did you hear that creatine would cause balding? Not that creatine would help with your issue, anyway.

Honestly, there's no supplement for this. This is just going to take some conscious effort on your part. Don't overthink everything by making an effort to make decisions quickly and let it rip. Build some habits.

If that doesn't work, or if your anxiety issue is more sever I just have to ask... have you discussed this with a doctor? Obviously there's prescriptions for this, but they have side effects. Don't underestimate the power of healthy habits like a nutritious diet, an exercise program and getting enough sleep. Sleep especially. So many serious issues have symptoms that mirror simple sleep deprivation.

You could look into adding Bromantane starting at 20 mg per day. 4 weeks on then 2 to 3 months off should help with Anxiety,Motivation,Sex Drive,Mood.

thanks for your feedback man.
Actually there is only one study (on rugby players) which showed that creatine increases DHT, so if somebody is genetically predisposed, it could lead to hair loss. That being said, I've seen some anecdotal experience (on Reddit) of people that experienced hair loss after extended usage. So I don't have a clear opinion on creatine and hair loss, I guess I could simply try it and see how it goes.

Agreed on treading lightly w/Keaton. OP have you had your testosterone checked? Estrogen?
Thanks man.
Below are my last bloodworks (last February): vit D and LH are low; maybe it could be related to the fact that I have a first grade (not painful) varicocele?
